Looking for someone to sublease my apartment for January at The Westfield Apartments!
The apartment is not furnished but I am willing to negotiate a price for the couches and bed that I have if needed.
Price ($) includes cable and wifi. 🌊 water is through the apartments and 💡electricity needs to be set up with The City of San Marcos.
It is a one bedroom apartment, in a calm apartment complex across the street from a 🚌 bus stop. It has a nice balcony and even a fireplace!
I will be graduating in December and need someone starting in January. Move in date can be negotiable!
