Hi, I&#;m currently trying to sublease my apartment, as soon as possible. It is a three bedroom but only one of my current roommates will be staying. The apartment is at Villagio Apartments on the first floor of a building right by the apartment entrance. It is an all vinyl apartment and was recently renovated before moving in last August. I have the smallest room but it is still a great size! My restroom is across the hallway but I didn&#;t really mind it. The apartment is fully furnished and we recently got a brand new dryer and sofas! I currently pay the lowest rent amount from everyone in the apartment which is $. 💡electricity tends to be around $/mth per person and all residents pay the same amount for 🌊 water which on average has been about $/mth. On another note, the management here has been great about sending maintenance over whenever we need them. My other roommate will be moving out as well so there is technically two rooms available in a three bedroom. He made a post on here as well but you can go ahead and reach out to either of us for details if you are looking to live together with someone.
I am willing to pay the rent for April if someone can move in the middle of the month. Although there is a $ fee to sublease and I am looking for someone who is willing to split that fee in half with me since I would have already paid the rent for the month. So basically that month&#;s rent would be $ plus utilities for you. Please email me or text me if you are interested!
