Hi! I’m currently trying to find someone to sublease my apartment! I have the biggest room in my unit with a private restroom and 🚶 walk in closet. My whole unit is also all Vinyl flooring with no carpet at all! It is conveniently located and is near 2 Texas State 🚌 bus stops. This apartment has awesome amenities and I have ❤️loved my ⌚time here. The complex is always very 🎇clean and quiet and has lots of visitor parking. All residents pay the same amount for 🌊 water which is only about dollars a month. And 💡electricity is only about . If you move in during April, April rent will be paid.
