Hi, Loading...

Mar 2017: Lived here for almost a year and it is wonderful. The management is the ONLY place in San Marcos that I know of that actually is organized, professional, and efficient. Maintenance always does a great job and is very quick to act. They communicate very well with residents and if there is ever something that concerns me they take care of it quickly. Definitely finsihing out my college career here. Review from Google
Oct 2016: If you love your sanity DO NOT live here. Cricket infestation is unbelievable. I have crickets coming out of my vents and on many occasions found on my bed. Lovely. I've been late to class many times because the buses are ALWAYS full in the morning. UClub is the third stop so if you want to get to class on time be there 45mins before your class starts. Why? Because you will have to wait at least 2-3 buses before you get the chance to Squeeze in on one. Review from Google
Aug 2016: It's not too bad, room on first floor is a good size. Staff friendly so far, but HOW DO I CONNECT TO THE "FREE" INTERNET AND CABLE ?!???!?!!?? So much for admin fees when they don't give you any actual paperwork that's useful like how to setup everything and when your light will be due. Plus, having to ask roommates for approval to bring a pet is so stupid. That's what there's a pet deposit, pet rent, security deposit, AND renters insurance is for in case anything gets chewed on. Review from Google
Jun 2016: Been at this complex a year and gotta say by far the coolest place. Not going to lie it can get a little ratchet at times. Better than the last crappy place I stayed. broken college student here so I will take free food and good outside music. Review from 6/17/16 on Google
Jun 2016: Uclub deserves no stars!- I know this is long but please read! 1. The staff is completely rude. I honestly avoid going to the front office for that reason. I even get my packages mailed to a friends apartment for that reason. The property manager talks to you like your flat out dumb, like you have no brain whatsoever or have any intelligence, he has no respect and I don't know how he can be the property manager. The rest of the staff could care less for you, you walk in and everyone is on their phone. You stand there for several minutes until you approach them and ask for assistance. The maintenance staff are actually really good, helpful, and they do a good job at fixing your maintenance issues. Review from 6/15/16 on Google
May 2016: Should be called bug club instead of UCLUB. Theres bugs on the walls, floor, and the bed!!! It's ridiculous. Considering they're getting over $2200 per unit for rent, you'd expect a nicer looking complex. The office staff is ok minus one person, whenever you ask him a question, he looks at you like you're the dumbest thing on earth. Along with that, this is supposedly a student complex, but it's not. There's a few locals here too, and all they do is smoke cigarettes and weed outside everyday. In addition, almost NO ONE puts their dog on a leash, and it's annoying having Sparky come running at you, while the owner just yells at it to come back instead of running after it. Review from 5/23/16 on Google
Aug 2015: We are going to start living in this apartment tomorrow and I already disappointed with the administrations, is terrible bad. I regret that we assigned contract with this people. Review from 8/25/15 on Google
Jun 2015: Since this was my first apartment, I have had little to no other experiences with any leasing agents or offices. I signed later in the year, almost two months prior to move-in, and I could not be more satisfied with the results. The staff is always on top of their work, and they know how to effectively communicate with their tenants. Their initiatives to attract new tenants include constant gym, pool, and computer lab access, having clean and well-maintained lawn areas, hosting events, and proximity to all the good stores (grocery stores are a different story, as they are in town but not a good walking distance). Jun 2015: I have lived here for the past 3 going on 4 years of my life and there hasn't been a moment where I have regretted signing and resigning here every year. I absolutely love it here from my apartment and room to the staff and the fitness center I love everything about this place. It may not be the most fanciest place there is to live in San Marcos but for the price you are paying you really are getting more for your dollar then at any of these other places. and OHHHHH THE STAFF!! They are the reason I always resign here. This has to be the best staff probably in San Marcos. I've never seen people so helpful, yet utterly hilarious at the same time. And they always have the best movies on too mainly disney *cough Hercules cough* Review from 6/11/15 on Google
