Sep 2015: I love living at village on telluride, i have had a very positive experience with the staff and management at this apartment complex. they were super understanding of my needs and expectations and took care of everything in a timely manner. MY DOG loves all how dog friendly it is and the dog parks my community has to offer. We recently got a new manager and she is great! and finally we have resident activities!

Aug 2015: DO NOT LIVE HERE! The apt is great for the price, but the maintenance and staff are horrible. We put in numerous maintenance requests for a couch that came with our apt, and the requests would be completed, but we still had no couch. We did not get our couch till 5 months later. In addition, they charged us astronomically high move-out fees for cleaning. When asked for documentation of the cleaning services, they did not respond. Now 6 months later, I am still having to deal with the bullshit from this complex.
