I am looking to sublease my townhome at The Village on Telluride ASAP! I live in a 3x3.5 furnished unit for $ a month. Utilities are usually around $ a month. This is a lower rate because I had resigned. I live in Phase 1 and it is a short 🚶 walk to the bus. The current roommates are 👩 girls who are really nice. There is always parking next to the apartment, there is a valet trash service and maintenance is always fast.
The Complex includes two 🏊 pools, two gyms, business center with computers and a printer, study rooms, freeWIFI & Cable.
The Unit is fully furnished and includes a private bedroom/bathroom, washer/dryer, 🐕 pet friendly
