Currently have a sublease available for June and July at The Thompson apartments in a 4 bedroom, 4 bath flat complex. The carpets were professionally 🎇cleaned just last year and the bathroom is well kept. Rent is $ plus utilities and the complex does not require you to register with the city to pay utilities, it is included in your total rent when you go to pay on the website.
Parking is open to anyone and they do not require you to buy a sticker and they will not tow if you have a visitor over. The maintenance staff is extremely helpful and they respond to requests usually within the day you put it in. Roommates are 🎇clean and friendly and noise is never an issue in the apartment. The Thompson has a nice clubhouse with study areas, Apple desktop computers, and a gym with treadmills, 🚴 bikes, free weights, and machines.
