Hi, Loading...

Jan 2018: The apartments are dirty and falling apart. I was in a 4 bedroom and all of the rooms had new carpet in them except mine, which would have been fine if they had not pulled up half the carpet in my room and left it that way. Our water heater did not work for several weeks, and when maintenance finally came to work on it (after every single person living in the apartment put in a work order) they did not do it correctly and i had to call a plumber out so that we could take hot showers in DECEMBER. Several times, the water to the whole complex would be shut off with only an hours notice. While most of the front staff in kind and does their best, the manager, Audrey, is terrible at communication with them and the residence. She is very rude and condescending to talk to and has yelled at me over the phone and talked over me so that she did not have Review from Google
Dec 2017: So for starters, management was the main issue. Office workers and maintenance did what they could, but management just wasn't competent. If you needed anything done, it was better to just befriend and ask maintenance workers rather than approaching management. secondly, the last 2 months of my lease I had to live with mold on my ceiling, because the bath unit above mine had a leak. once I brought this up to management, they had maintenance simply paint over the mold rather than taking a couple of days to properly fix it. as is natural, steam from my own shower just evaporated the paint, and I still had mold there. all of this being said, I WAS STILL BILLED for things that I had listed on my move in sheet, namely damage to a bedroom door. you will be better off living a city away and commuting for school than ever deciding to live here. or si Review from Google
May 2017: WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER. I wish there was an option for 0 stars because that's what these apartments and MANAGEMENT deserve. I was given a fee of around $100 for a trashcan left out in the apartment and broken blinds for when I moved out, I had 2 other roommates who never received a charge like this. Not only did they do a piss poor job of notifying me about this outstanding fee, they never gave me a call whatsoever, I never received any email, and they said they did try to mail me but sent it to the apt that I had moved out of. Apr 2017: The Lodge is a great place to live. If you ever have any issues, maintenance fixes the issue pretty fast. Front office is always super helpful and glad to help. The units are nice, and you get a large balcony that you can hang out on. Overall great place to live. Review from 4/13/17 on Google
Mar 2017: To be Very honest I Steven Soto would highly recommend Students, family, friends to live at the lodge, best experience I've ever had within the Year that I have lived here. I may even consider staying and renewing my lease, but still unsure yet. But for the most part, I enjoyed living at The Lodge and I would Consider this to be a safe and quiet environment to live in. :) Review from 3/18/17 on Google
Mar 2017: The Lodge is perfect! I've loved everything about my renovated 2 bed room. The front office is always so nice and filled with snacks most of the time. Great experience and great for student living. Review from 3/16/17 on Google
Mar 2017: The Lodge is a great option for student living. I've enjoyed my year here because of all the great amenities including a giant pool, along with a fun clubhouse. The office is always helpful and does a great job at notifying maintenance of work orders. The renovated apartments look great, and all the furniture that comes included is very comfy. All in all, a great apartment for student living. Review from 3/12/17 on Google
Dec 2016: Upon signing a lease we were told that we could not see what a unit looked like due to remodeling, we were only shown a virtual tour. Once moving in it has been horrible. I have been here since August and this has been nothing but disappointing. When we moved in it was filthy, spent hours cleaning it before we could even unpack. The dryer belt squeaked and we were told as long as the dryer worked don't bother them. The dishwasher does not clean very well, and the faucet has fallen off our sink many times. Or AC unit has been frozen over since before we moved in and never been properly fixed leading to $100s of dollars in electricity. They close out work orders without even coming to the apartment to fix. Review from 12/23/16 on Google

Dec 2016: The Lodge is truly amazing! The room sizes are great as well as the newly renovated apartment that I live in. The best part about the lodge is the front office! They always have free food, things for us to do around the apartment and so much more. The lodge really feels like a home and I can't wait to resign for next year! Review from 12/18/16 on Google
May 2016: Awful. Management can't do their job. I've complained more than once about my current roommate situation with both of being beyond immature and they haven't done anything or lifted a finger without them yelling at me. They cater to people who don't deserve it and there stupid pets. I can't wait to move out of here. It's terrible. I had a super bad incident this weekend involving someone banging on my door recently. It turned me off to this place now I fear my own safety at night. My roommate is constantly bringing home guys that are half her age. I complained just recently and she didn't do anything. It's exhausting. I don't know if I can last for two more months. Review from 5/3/16 on Google
Apr 2016: Living here was the worst experience I ever had. I've lived at three other complexes and none have been as terrible as The Lodge. For starters, the ceilings are so thin I could hear my upstairs neighbors all night and day. The maintenance crew was not certified and had to send in multiple requests for them to finally fix/find the problem. There was construction Monday through Friday at this place, in turn there was no where to park during the day. They say the business center is 24/7 but it was closed or "out of order" majority of the time. Review from 4/24/16 on Google
Apr 2016: A departing resident recently described this place as a "sh!thole." I laughed. I don't know where these kids have been living, or what they expect out of an apartment complex, but the complex itself is phenomenal, and the employees who work here are phenomenal. Come see for yourself, they'd do a better job of explaining how awesome this property is than I could. This is by far the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in, and I have lived in several fairly nice apartments for a student. So, rather than writing a review on the apartment complex, I'd instead like to write a guide to setting up your housing appropriately. Review from 4/17/16 on Google
Oct 2015: This place is awful. I'm barely here for three weeks and they lied about the bus stop being close to campus and I have walk to it. The leasing office still hasn't gotten everything fixed as they said and it's ridiculous. Also the company they hired to send our electricity bill hasn't sent anything in 3 months. I personally would avoid this place at all costs and measures. You can find something totally better for the price and worth. Review from 10/27/15 on Google
Oct 2015: The flood was no ones fault but I am highly disappointed in the fact that MONTHS later there is still no progress on getting the gym fixed. My monthly rate is higher than others I've talked to and for what reason? To lure people into the complex after the extensive water damage. The internet company "Korcett" is a joke, they including the apartment office workers, will force you to play phone tag all day without any resolution. Review from 10/22/15 on Google
Oct 2015: If you don't want to read all this, just save yourself an extreme amount of disappointment and don't move here. I will say, you do get a pretty good amount of amenities for the price, and all bills being included is fantastic. The pool is amazing! I was told they had a bus stop, but they do not. You have to walk down the road to the bus stop (wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that they mislead me). The management is TERRIBLE. I had an awful roommate who got 11 eviction notices, never paid her portion of the light bill, had a dog and never paid pet rent, and had her boyfriend living with us. Review from 10/16/15 on Google
