Apr 2017: The only good thing about these apartments is the price. Maintenance is awful and management does not do anything. 10/10 do not recommend. Review from 4/20/17 on Google
Apr 2017: Absolutely horrible place to live. Have had countless issues, between sewage flowing into my room, wifi that never once has worked, the entire place is covered in trash and dog feces, management that's rude and very unhelpful, I've asked for help on four major issues throughout the course of my living here and not a single one has been addressed. Do yourself a favor and live anywhere else. Review from 4/15/17 on Google
Apr 2017: To say this place is run poorly would be an understatement. "Free Internet" down for weeks, cars broken into and stolen regularly, maintenance is a joke. There internet site goes down constantly. They switched on-line payment systems multiple times, literally 3 times in 12 months and then tried to charge tenants a late fee when you couldn't electronically pay them on-time because there site was down and you had to mail a check on the last day of the month. Then the sent out threatening letters to all the tenants there. Review from 4/13/17 on Google
Mar 2017: This apartment complex is very unprofessional, also I've been living here for six months and have yet to receive any mail from them. I've talk to management several times as well as workers to voice that I have not received my mail, and that the mail I was getting is very important and I have yet to see any results this place is bad for leaving and business the apartment space is very small and overall not worth the rent you pay. Worst place I've ever lived. Review from 3/25/17 on Google
Jan 2017: DONT LIVE HERE. If I could put negative stars I would. I lived in these apartments in 2014 just for the summer and it was the most atrocious management I have ever seen. In 2016 my roommates decided we should move to the heights 2 because its cheap. I thought to myself, yes its been 2 years maybe the management is better now. I was not surprised to see another brand new management working at all the computers but not surprised its the same careless people working just to pay there bills. Its like you just cycle college kids until they graduate to bring new ones in to fill your places. Its been 6 months since I moved out 6 MONTHS!!! I receive a call from collections saying I owe $436? I did not receive a call, text, NOT ONE EMAIL FROM YOU GUYS. Review from 1/4/17 on Google
Nov 2016: All of the previous ratings are so accurate. I wouldn't renew my lease here even if they cut my rate in half. This year can't go fast enough so I can move out of here. I wish I could give less that a star!!! They continue to surprise me with how terrible the management is! We have been getting informed of "quarterly inspections" for a month! Which to dog owners means we are inconvenienced with having to put up our pets EVERYDAY! This is not fair to animals or residence. They need to get their schedule under control. By the time the "quarterly inspection" is over it will be the next quarter! So unprofessional. Review from 11/25/16 on Google
Sep 2016: Management are a bunch of college kids who don't do any work or try to seem like they do. When I fist moved in, the apartment I moved into was a wreck. Furniture was broken and moved around. The carpet was stained with god only knows what fluids. The living rooms had enough dog hair in it to make your own dog. There were even weed stems in the apartment. The walls all looked like someone did their own DIY job with a can of spray paint. The stove was dented, and the washing machine and dishwasher were broken. When we took one of the employees to see the condition we were in he literally laughed and said "you gotta admit its pretty funny though" and told us that this would have to be a "personal project". Review from 9/12/16 on Google
Jun 2016: One of the cheapest priced i could get for fall 2015. Great price, $409. but you get what you pay for. Didnt have a kitchen light for 6 weeks, didn't have blinds for the first 2 weeks, had to hang a blanket so people couldn't watch my sleep. My sink leaked and molded the underneath of my faucet. Timer on dryer was broken, spins infinitely and the temperature setting is broken so it always heats up really hot and can't take out wrinkles. Broken ice maker for months but that got fixed fairly quickly, only took a week or so. There haven't been any doggy poop bags in the grass area since I moved in in August, so as a result the area around my apartment is rampant with dog poop. Review from 6/15/16 on Google

Mar 2016: This place has been the most stressful place to live. The payment method is absurd! You have to pay extra each time you pay your rent. The furniture was falling apart when I got here and the management is awful! Review from 3/7/16 on Google
Jun 2015: I've had my own fair share of issues with this complex and I regret resigning simply because it's one of the few places in town that I can afford and I didn't want to mess with the hassles of moving. My apartment flooded (Blanco River flooding) and it took them nearly a week to find a place to put my roommate and I after our apartment was deemed uninhabitable from the potential mold risks. Now, I'm living in a 4 bedroom (that was already occupied) while paying for my two bedroom that I CANT EVEN LIVE IN. We were told it would be 2-4 weeks, but it's been nearly a month and hardly anything has been touched so there's no telling if or when I will ever be able to move back into my apartment. Review from 6/16/15 on Apartment Ratings
May 2015: Their lack of professionalism was expected. Their lack of Compassion was a surprise. Multiple units have been flooded in this community and staff was not on property for 2 days and when there have been totally unwilling to be sympathetic in any manner. Maintenance people are in over their head and clueless as to how to deal with the issues. Some units already have mold, others are developing it. This is NOT a place you want to live. Your health would be at risk. I have several months left on a lease and am walking. Review from 5/31/15 on Apartment Ratings
May 2015: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! It takes one to two months to get any maintenance request done if they come and do it at all. They are always losing mail or the mail boxes are broken. The staff is rude and never wants to help you. The room they show you as a model is nothing like what you will actually live in. The furniture is different in every apartment in color, size and actually pieces of furniture that you get. If you are looking for a one bedroom be sure to ask if the one you are signing for is an ADA apartment or not because I didn't and they put me in one without telling me. It is a completely different layout than the one that they show online. I would never recommend living here and I can't wait to move out. Review from 5/19/15 on Apartment Ratings
