The place really isn&#;t that bad I lived there last year and had minimal trouble.
They changed their management and seem to be looking up.
They are also changing their internet provider to faster internet.
The 🏊 pool is kept 🎇clean and nice and maintenance is answering faster to requests put in, they usually come within the same day to two days, depending on how many requests were put in.
ALL UTILITIES are included in the rent except 💡electric which I usually only paid $ a month for.
The rent is really nice and they are pet-friendly and have a dog park.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
