May 2017: I had a tough situation in my apartment this past year, but the staff at The Grove was there to hear me out and to help as much as they possibly could. In the emergency situation that it was, they helped me move to a different apartment in the complex within a week in the middle of spring- which is unheard of. The staff has really made me feel like my concerns-big or small- matter, and they have proved that they will do anything in their power to try to make my living situation at The Grove feel like home.

Apr 2017: The Grove is an awesome place to live when looking for your first apartment. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. I loved living here all through college and was sad to leave after I graduated. The community was always clean and well kept and most importantly I always felt safe.

Apr 2017: When and tour the place for my little girl and the staff was inviting and they had all of the answer that parent would like to hear. The price was right and the amenities are great. My daughter will live here next fall and I recommended for other parents to consider this great place.

Feb 2017: I like it here. I don't have much of a problem except the kitchen area. I actually make my meals from scratch and thought this place had a reasonable counter space when I signed. I have little to no room to cut my food or make coffee. They just added a new dog park and one staff member (female) knows and welcomes my dogs by their names and that is the only reason why I add an extra star.

Jan 2017: These are nice apartments for the price. Very large rooms with large closets. You get your own bathroom. Downsides include very thin walls, bugs, and neighbors who don't clean up their dog poop. Review from 1//2/17 on GoogleMay 2016: The Grove is great! The staff is extremely friendly, patient, and talkative. In addition, there are no bad apples, the entire staff is consistently good unlike most college apartments. The only downfall of living at the Grove is the visitor parking situation, it's far too complicated for anyone hosting unexpected guests or even having a classmate come over to do homework because there is no designated area and towing is ridiculously on point.

Y'all send me like multiple package request emails after I've already picked the packages up. Maintenance is kind of snooty. I had a weird situation where I told y'all my hot water went out for the third time and both maintenance and management argued with me which I found to be kind of ridiculous.
Review from 5/20/16 on GoogleNov 2015: So I have been living at the Grove now for 3 months and the experience isn't really worth complaining about. There are quite a few dents and scuffs around the house and they are documented when you move in. (We took pictures as well just in case) The couch's are the same color and rather comfy. The dining room table was super torn up, plus we were told that three bed room apartments get a longer rectangular table. It took two months, but they did buy us the new table and replaced it.

Oct 2015: Terrible apartment. The walls and floors are paper thin, the apartment is crammed, the model looks completely different then the units, and honestly the move out charges suck ass too. don't live here, the only good thing they have going for themselves is the fact that the party buses pick up near there and that they have a quick maintenance staff. The Grove will ding you for every penny you got, even when they already charge an arm and a leg for their overpriced apartments.

They would never return calls and never had their office open for us to talk to them. Constant apartment inspections, poorly kept recreational areas, and a dilapidated gym. This was the worst place I have ever come across. Avoid at all costs because any apartment is better than this one.

The place comes fully furnished, has a 24 hour gym, tanning beds, and a courtyard where all the tenants take their dogs to go play. It is a great to live with pets because it is super pet friendly. There is a bus that comes by every 8 minutes to go to campus, so no need for a parking pass. Management is great and maintenance is always here within the day you put in the work order. It is a great place to live. ( current resident 11/16/2014)
