I&#;m currently looking for someone to sublease my 2 bed x 2 bath apt for the fall -spring school year! I live at The Edge apartments. It&#;s a decent, 🎇clean, small, 🌉 gated, and quiet community, which I really enjoy. It’s also going through lots of upgrades right now which is nice, but even now my unit is up to date. The 🚍 bus route is great, it comes by every ten minutes and we are less than 2 miles away from campus which is super convenient AND we never deal with the train. Your rent would be $ a month + utilities which usually comes out to be $ or less (good deal for a two bedroom)!! My roommate is graduating this May, so the apartment is literally free for you to even pick a roommate if you&#;d want! The front office people are super friendly/ helpful and my maintenance requests have been delt with within hours. The Edge is also 🐕 pet friendly, and the awesome thing about my particular unit is that I’m right in front of the dog park which is awesome and convenient. Overall, I really enjoy living at the Edge and the only reason i’m leaving is because I want to live with three other friends for my senior year, but they signed at another complex.
