Sep 2015: I hate this complex. I haven't lived here more than a month and already everything is terrible. Moved into multiple serious maintenance issues (ac not working, fleas, washer leaks) and many other annoying flaws that should've been fixed upon move in. (holes in walls, no drip pans on stove, tacs still in walls, mail keys don't work, locks and lights broken, etc). For a unit only a year old it's disappointing that there have already been so many problems.

Aug 2015: I lived at the avenue for two years. What is wrong about this complex is 100% lack of leadership both from the manager and corporate. The avenue staff members and maintenance team are hard working individuals who do not deserve the leaders they work under. In the time that I have lived there, there were at least three manager changes, but none of them treated their tenants with respect. To me it seems that all that is required to be a manager at the avenue is a GED, that is how much education, tact, and basic decency they lack.

Oct 2014: The Avenue apt have great amenities! We have the biggest workout facility, resort size pools. Its a great place to live. (current resident, craigslist 10/26/2014)
