I&#;m looking to re-let my studio apartment for August -August . This apartment is within 🚶 walking distance to Texas State University ( steps away, to be exact) and the Square, small HEB, etc. Less than five minutes in either direction.
It&#;s also a beautiful and unique apartment, as it comes with original brick and stained glass details. The apartment is in a refurbished church and holds a lot of charm! The stained-glass window takes up a majority of one of the walls, and goes well with the -ft ceilings. The floors were recently replaced, and are a nice hardwood style.
The bathroom is spacious, with an attached laundry area with plenty of extra storage space. The closet has sliding mirrored doors.
