My apartment is 🚶 walking distance from the square and the coffee shop across the street (Jo’s Cafe) is one of my favorites in town (they have AMAZING 🍕 food too)! My roommates are all extremely friendly 👩 girls and they may not even be around a ton over the summer. Two of them renewed their leases for next year and if you’re interested in staying for the year, you could likely just sign for my room! My bedroom is on the smaller side but my bathroom and closet are extremely spacious. The living room is large and so is the kitchen. The apartment also has a kitchen table and pantry space. We live on the first floor so it’s easy to carry in groceries (we also live 🚶 walking distance to the small H-E-B). The apartment building has a really nice gym as well as a pretty awesome game room. There are also study spaces including a computer room with four large mac desktops and a printer. The 🏊 pool literally feels like a resort and will be so nice over the summer!! Cable and internet are included. Garage parking is included in the rent. Access to the building is by fob only so it’s very secure. Visitor parking is free you just have to grab a pass from the office. There is also some two hour spots close by. Utilities aren’t included but they’re usually around $ and if less people are here, the utilities will be less. Move out date is August 2nd if you don’t choose to stay for the year.
