Feb 2016: Perfect location! Away from downtown and all that ruckus! The complex is pretty quiet which is exactly what I was looking for EXCEPT my neighbor seems to be the only loud late night partier. I have only lived here for a few months now and want to move already only because my neighbor blows. The place is old and the walls are super thin. I can hear EVERYTHING and it's really annoying! The place is okay but over priced for what you get. Also the w/d is outside which can be awkward at times. The office host lots of cool events and the staff are pretty great!

Aug 2015: My husband and I haven't been here very long but the maintenance staff and front office staff have made our move less stressful than it could have been. The maintenance staff works efficiently and they are very friendly. The staff at the office is always willing to help and make you feel at home. The prices here are very fair in comparison to other complexes here in town. We recommend checking out Riverside Ranch Apartments in your search for a new home.
