I’m looking for someone to sublease my room with private bath and closet for August th -July th .
We have a luxury style 🏊 pool, sand volleyball, half basketball court, nice privategym, 🚶 walking trail around apartments and we are 🚶 walking distance to the river(stokes park) We are 🐕 pet friendly. We also have a 🚌 bus that takes us to campus. Nice office with study rooms, Mac computers, free printer, communal areas, etc. Staff is well equipped and kind, Trash valet, and need subleased ASAP
The apartment is fully furnished, so you do not have to bring furniture if you don’t want too.
Since I signed early, we have a deal to pay a month. You will still get that deal if you take over the lease. Rent includes everything but 💡electricity so once you add that, it will be somewhere around a month.
