Nov 2015: I've had many issues with your maintenance department, these apartments are disgusting no matter how many times you clean the floors, you will always be wiping up black stuff. they smell even worse no matter how many air fresheners you put in it. smells like wet and moldy. I can not wait to move out in August. this place is a complete waste of money. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the people in the office suck and don't give two craps about you and their maintenance team is even worse. had to contact them FIVE + times for maintenance to even come to my apartment to fix a few things.

Nov 2015: Very nice and comfy apartments. Great for pet owners,I have lots of room to walk my dog. Friendly and helpful people in the office. Maintaince is hard to have fix things in your apartment. - 3.5 stars

Nov 2015: I love living at Iconic Village apartments! However, I just wish they were more clean in general. They also take quite awhile to follow through with maintenance requests.
