Looking to sublease my room at Hillside Ranch. It’s in a 5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom cottage but only 3 other 👩 girls live there because one of the 👩 girls moved to California in January. They are all super nice 👩 girls and very 🎇clean.
I pay $/month ($ for rent and an extra $ for furnished) but I am only charging $. I will pay all the utilities as well. April rent is paid for and you can move in whenever. I don’t want this room to go to waste!
It is fully furnished/ 🐕 pet friendly/ washer and dryer in cottage/ huge 🏊 pool/ nice gym/ 🚶 walking distance to campus. I ❤️love everything about the place but I just don’t need it anymore.
