Jul 2017: Been here for five years - many issues, although I love the quiet community. I have had no hot water for a little over a month now. I reported this when I paid rent 7/2/17. Went into the office again to report nothing had been done on 7/8/17. Called back on 7/18/17 asking for an update and was told the part would be in Friday and fixed. Trying to call today for an update 7/24/17 and no one is answering the phone. I have a two year old who cries that the water is cold. Maybe someone will see this and call me back for results. #1422 Review from Google
May 2017: I have been living here for two years and trying to renew is the worst. The manager is never there leaves early all the time. The staff doesn't know how to file paper properly I have to be constantly asking what I'm missing because they won't tell me. They apparently say that have given me notices but I have yet to have recived any. The staff is constantly getting fired so it's a different person every time I go in there. It's ridiculous. Wish the renew process was simpler than a guessing game. can't wait to find another place with better management.

Feb 2017: Apartment is very nice, although the paint job on the inside was sloppy leaving bits of white paint around. Also, there's two of us in a two bedroom, yet we only have 1 gate card. An extra one costs like 50 bucks too, so that's kinda inconvenient. Other than that, the complex is nice and the staff is friendly as well.

The community is so quiet at night (we moved from Austin, used to hearing sirens and gun shots on the daily). The apartment in and out is the nicest we've lived in. We live right near the playground and take the kiddos there quiet frequently. management is very friendly and accommodating.

Or are mad about something other than the apartments it's self. Or the ones that house are completely a mess like nasty. And don't know how to live right so they blame it on staff or someone else. It's an apartment community and what do you expect living in a family community. There are kids everywhere during day after school and weekends but after about 6:30-7:00 it's very quite. No problems only for some that don't want to hear kids playing rather then cooped up inside house.

Oct 2015: I thought it was a decent apartment complex. My only issues were with the front office when I complained about my apartment smelling like smoke because of my down stairs neighbors and they did nothing about it. They shut down the pool in the heat of summer because of one chipped tile for about 3 weeks! I also didn't like how they kept changing payment methods while I was there.

Jul 2015: I've lived at encino pointe for 2 years now. I finally ended my lease due to my boyfriends motorcycle being vandalized right outside our apartment 2 mths ago along with what the neighborhood has turned into. Kids (5-10) walking the complex in the middle of the night, kids unsupervised at the pool (till 12:40am) on a Sunday night last night. And to top it off, we have 2 weeks left here till the move out date and my boyfriend walked out this morning to his bike vandalized AGAIN. This time the seats were stolen, handlebars ripped off and cables cut. When does the time come that this complex gets security cameras? Vandalism is majority reoccurring here with multiple residents.
