The community is 🌉 gated, quiet and has great amenities including a 🏊 pool and sand volleyball court. The complex is on the Texas State 🚌 bus route, so no worries about paying for parking at school. As for the unit itself, it is approximately sqft. The unit is furnished. It has black appliances, and the dishwasher is brand new, replaced in October. Washer and dryer are within the unit in a separate laundry room. There is plenty of storage space in the bathroom, and the 🚶 walk-in-closet is very spacious. There is a porch with a separate outdoor storage closet. I am willing to pay the monthly furniture and reserved parking fees, if you are interested in those. The lease ends 7//.
