I live in a 5 x 5. We all get our own bedroom and bathroom. It’s really nice and I ❤️loveddd living here. I even renewed my lease a few months ago but I can no longer afford it due to covid :( the start of the renewed lease is August 1st so that’s what I put as the move in date. But you can take over the lease whenever you want. It’s a nice place. The atmosphere is awesome. It has a nice 🏊 pool, gym, sauna, 🕶️ tanning and steam room. It also has study rooms and the clubhouse is fun also. BASE PRICE IS $. It goes up to $ because furniture is also included.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
