I am subleasing my room in a 6 bed/6.5 bath, all-👩 girl 3 story townhome, no more than 6 minutes from campus. 🚍 shuttle provided by complex for resident use only, townhome is located right next to the second entrance, so easy access to and from the complex (parking pass included.) Living room, kitchen and half bathroom on the first floor along with a front patio, front and back door. Three bedrooms on the second and third floor, my room is the biggest room on the third floor and has a larger closet located in the bathroom equipped with a tub. Carpet in bedroom and closet, tile in the bathroom, the home is furnished so the room comes with a bed+ mattress, bed side table, desk+ chair, and a dresser Laundry room on both the second and third floor so it is only shared with the other two floor mates.
