Hello! I am looking for someone to takeover my lease for the remaining sixth months, as I have just graduated and have an opportunity out of town! It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom located at Cabana Beach apartments in San Marcos. The apartments are 👨👩 co-ed and I have a really great 👨 guy as a roommate who will be staying. My building is centrally located in the complex which makes it easy if you want to have people over. Comes with a washer and dryer in unit and each room is on opposite ends of each other so you have your privacy and there is plenty of space as well as a covered patio. I am also the first stop on the Texas State 🚌 shuttle which is super convenient for classes! I have pictures I will attach of my bedroom and bathroom as is and I can send anyone interested in subleasing, other pictures of the entire unit as well!
