Amenities include, beach style 🏊 pool, hour access gym, sand volleyball court, two stainless steal propane BBQ pits, throughout a large open courtyard. Available unit is located towards the rear of complex for a more private feel, back porch overlooks peaceful wooded area, near the newly renovated dog park. The two story town home comes completely furnished and has brand new wood flooring. First floor contains kitchen, dinning room, living room, half bath, and small laundry room. The second floor has two bedrooms, bedroom A is the room I am leasing out. It includes a full private bathroom and large 🚶 walk-in closet. Plenty of storage throughout the unit, several storage closets, and a pantry. Bedroom B is occupied by a 👩 female resident, who you would share the common area with. Cable and internet are included with rent, 🌊 water bill is added to rent by complex monthly, and 💡electric is paid through city.
