I am looking to sublease my bedroom in a 3 bed apartment. I am currently paying $ but only asking for $ for the next two months. There is a $ sublease fee (to get the room 🎇cleaned) and I am willing to split the cost of that. 🐕 pet friendly, as my roommate has a small dog. I will need payment up front if you are interested. Lease ends August 2nd.
