May 2017: For the first year that I lived here there were no problems; however, when the management company changed it changed. We moved into one of the renovated units. The renovations were just a bandage for the issues within the apartments. Also, we paid the pet fee, and then when moving into another unit was told that they were unaware that we had a pet, and charged us again...again this was probably due to the change in management. Upon move out we were given a huge bill with charges we did not even knew existed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX if you want to save your money.

Nov 2016: AUTUMN CHASE APARTMENTS SUCK! Every month we have lived here we have had to call maintenance to fix our air conditioning. Every month they say oh your ac froze over. We keep our ac at 73 and above. There is no reason why each month we have to continue to be told to turn off Ac and let it thaw. Also we have mold above our bathtub on ceiling due to poor ventilation. This place was a last minute decision and we seriously regret it. Word of advice take time to seek better complex if you can.

Oct 2016: We chose this apartment because it was a last minute decision. The neighbors we met at move in told us that each apartment had not been renovated after the flood, and only every other apartment got their insulation fixed. Well, despite us giving the complex the benefit of the doubt, our apartment began flooding each and every time it began to rain. Our neighbor had water coming in through their walls, and just two months after move in we had two inches of standing water on our downstairs floor. It took maintenance two days to get to our apartment, where they left an industrial fan and told us it would dry up.

Jun 2016: Autumn Chase is a wonderful apartment community. I searched for almost a month and just could not find anything in my prince range that was even remotely decent, which is why I was so happy when I found it! They did a lot of work to the place and it is updated and well thought out. I haven't had any issues in the two years I've lived here other than a few minor things that were addressed that day or the next day when I contacted the office. My mom moved in because of me and I would not tell her to move anywhere I didn't think was tip top. I am really happy here and would recommend to anyone.
Review from 6/21/16 on YelpJun 2016: This place gets one star because there's no option to give zero. First off, these homes may look "newly renovated," but they've basically put a bandaid over major problems. My neighbor had a water leak where mold was detected and they've done nothing but charge her $600 for a test they claim to have done. The manager has no clue what she is doing and in turn goes to the Oden Hughes "manager" who is a demeaning and rude person. I have come home to find employees in my home, ON MY FURNITURE, as if it were their own home. Second, I recently had a water leak as well (ironic) that ruined half of my things and they do nothing but put a board (bandaid) over the leak until the next person moves in.

Nov 2015: Layout is nice there are issues with the actual unit. Any type of rain fall it drains into our apartment. Management does the bare minimum to get you out of their hair.
Office staff is nice though. Just upper management doesn't care.
