May 2019: I lived on the 1st floor for 2 years and had a womderful experience, landlord take care of the property and very responsive to repair calls.
Jul 2018: One disgruntled tenant because he defaulted on his lease agreement. This landlord is very responsive to repairs and take proud of his projects. He maintains his properties in top conditions.Jul 2018: I have also live in 165 LOFTS since august 2017 on the first floor. I will be staying for another year because great maintenance, love my residence and I walk everywhere. Sep 2017: The owner of 165 lofts is virgilio. In my opinion he is super shady and dishonest. You wont get your money back for damages. He will run you around a couple months then tell you to sue him. He will sign a lease under muzan investments to make it harder to sue him as its a company. I did sue him I had to. Dont bother renting here. My roof ie ceilng leaked he painted over it and it turned black with mold. Review from Google
