Jun 2018: I lived here in 2013-2014 and it was cheap as sin and full of it. Looks like they slapped some lipstick on it, but don’t let them make you overpay. I think there’s a gym but just work out on campus. Not saying the gym is bad but mom and dad ain’t paying for the rec for nothing. Ride the bus to school and save money on a parking pass. Get off your phone and get some culture. Build the hell out of bonfire. Review from Google
Jun 2018: I recently just moved there and I really like it, the community is quiet and the staff are really nice. My apartment was very clean and ready for move in. Review from Google
Jun 2018: I lived here from June 2017-December 2017 (moved for a job). I moved into their efficiency apartment right before hurricane Harvey hit. It really was a spacious little place especially for the amount of furniture I had in there. When the hurricane hit, my apartment flooded. I noticed water seeping in under one of the walls, we called emergency maintenance and moved furniture away. They said they would be by soon to inspect what was happening as maintenance lives on site (but it took a while, as they were literally swamped). As the rain continued, the flooding got worse and we couldn't dry towels fast enough to keep the water from coming in. Eventually at 2 am it didn't seem to be slowing at all so we called emergency maintenance again and left a message. The property manager returned our call within 20 minutes and actually came out to look at Review from Google
Jun 2018: Just moved in, it's nice so far for an older complex. They put new carpet in at my request because I have bad allergy problems, and the staff are all absolute sweethearts. Unit itself was clean and presentable, some minor wear but again it's an older place. Really good quality to price ratio! Review from Google
May 2018: It’s a very nice place and the staff specially Blanca are the sweetest people. Review from Google
Jan 2018: This is a great place to rent. Its old, but maintenance requests are always answered in a timely manner. Management Erica is the bomb and rent is affordable. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Erica and Courtney are so helpful with everything. Any issues I've had was handled the exact same day. My daughter and I love living here. Review from Google
Dec 2017: I wish there was a zero star option but honestly a terrible place to live at after new management took over. It seemed like they updated to "The Wick" on the outside but nothing really updated on the inside. Rent was cheap at first but after 3 months, they add charges that weren't mentioned before singing the contract. With how much they are charging me right now, I could probably find a place a lot nicer and I will once my contract ends. Courtney was nice during the tour but has bad attitude when you talk to her in the front office after moving in. The only good thing is how fast maintenance is. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else. Review from Google

Nov 2017: It looks beautiful and clean from outside and the Bust to Texas A&M University stops outside the leasing office. This is also close to few restaurants and convenience stores on well born by Southwest Pkwy. Review from Google
Sep 2017: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! We have literally had NO WATER (no showers, no flushing, no sinks, NOTHING) FOR TWO Whole DAYS! This place is terrible. I lived in a dorm for 4 years at about a tenth of the price and had a much better experience. Whether it is the electricity, the internet/cable, the water, the air conditioning, the laundry, or the parking lot there is ALWAYS something not working or messed up! Then they raise rent on you no matter how good you are about paying it. They even charge for maintenance! As if it is your fault that the AC went out or the ceiling is leaking! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Review from Google
Jan 2017: Willowick is generally a nice place to live with nice staff. However, the apartments are pretty old and tend to have a lot of maintenance issues. Also, the mailboxes, dumpsters, and laundry rooms are pretty far away from some of the units,(like mine). One time I set a few bags of trash outside to take them to the dumpster later on and I got a note on my door the next morning saying I needed to move them. They also have a lot of issues with the rent paying website and move around the days that rent is due and then charge a huge late fee. They also make a lot of construction and painting-type decisions without asking any of the residents what they think. Review from 1/5/17 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2016: Good amenities and service. Maintenance service request addressed immediately. The community is maintained clean and have planned & well built infrastructure. Only thing i noticed till now is the noise from the neighbors are heard inside the apartment. Review from 11/18/16 on Apartment Ratings
Jun 2016: I like this apartment very much.Helpful and prompt staff and management. Great place to live with family. Maintenance is quick and prompt. I would recommend this place. Review from 6/20/16 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2015: I enjoy my complex. Minimal issues. I dislike my upstairs neighbors. I wish the floors were sound/shock proof because I hear everything that happens upstairs. Residents never clean up after their dogs, and that's a shame. That isn't the fault of the staff though. The area is nice. The rent is cheap, and I hope it stays that way. Overall, this place is great. I'm a single guy, living with my dog ( I LOVE that they allow dogs in the apartments) and I have a two bedroom apartment. It's perfect. The area is quiet for the most part. I don't have any annoying neighbors that throw parties, and that is the coolest part about it. It's quiet, I can enjoy the space in peace. I definitely recommend this complex. Review from 11/30/15 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2015: This has been a great place to live so far. We have had no majors problems. The place is kind of old and most of the outlets do not work, but I think everything else is great. Definitely a place for someone who isn't home too much. I would recommend to some people. Review from 11/30/15 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2015: We love it! Great location, awesome maintenance and management. Refurbished to look very nice. Love the floors and new lighting. It is very reasonable priced. Love having a pool, laundry room and gym so close. Also right off the bus route. Many options for parking too. Review from 11/23/15 on Apartment Ratings
