Jul 2015: Seemed great at move in - helpful staff. Got there and roommate matching did NOT match. Roommate had a dog, a double kitchen sink full of dirty dishes, and a girlfriend living there. (She eventually moved completely out of her own place and into the living room, so my son was pretty much confined to his own room, unable to use kitchen cuz always a mess, or living room cuz all her stuff was stored there.) Also - even tho his room was locked at move in, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time - spills and stains in cabinets, dust and crud on air vents.

Nov 2014: It is gated, and everyone has been so friendly. The office staff is always willing to help with whatever they can. University Trails also does a great job in bringing everyone together with hosting events all year long, with free food, entertainment, and great memories.(Current resident 11-20-2014)
