I am looking for someone to take over my lease agreement at U Club Townhomes. The lease ends on 7// and rent is $. I would be willing to pay 💰money upfront to incentivize someone to take over my lease rather than start a new lease with U Club.
Should you take over my lease you would be taking my spot in a 4 bed - 4 bath townhome at U Club on Marion Pugh Dr, just minutes away from campus and Kyle Field. Three other 👨 guys live here currently and they all make for nice roommates. U Club is a very nice place and you should visit their website for further advertising as to why you should live here.
