Nice apartment with a good balcony view. Third floor (no noisy upstairs neighbors) has new carpeted floors. A little old but still very nice. Bathroom connects with bedroom. One roommate who has a lb dog (he is a sweetheart and still just a puppy). Please let me know if interested. Covid has cut my hours back and I need to sub lease so that I can move and find a way to make more 💰money :)
