Jul 2016: For your convenience, please ask your storage space before signing the contract. Some apartment units do not have any storage space near its balconies, and the employees in the arbors leasing office might not tell you about it before you ask. good luck with them.
And same opinion with others here. Workers (include a manager) are rude enough. If my friends want to rent this apartment, I will never recommend. Review from Google
May 2016: Rude, money-oriented
I have lived there for 1 year. The quality of the apt is ok, but their service is becoming incredibly bad.The front desk staff are unprofessional and generally ill-mannered and rude, especially after you submitted the application and deposit. They never take the residents' benefits into consideration. If you do not want an unpleasant community, do not choose it!!!

Mar 2016: Management is rude, ill-mannered, unprofessional and very unorganized. This refers mostly to two head managers sitting in the back office and not having the courtesy of speaking with the residents directly except in a tempered, arrogant and unhelpful tone when they have to step in. The front desk staff are generally friendly (and I get a sense they are really intimidated by their boss's horrible attitude).
They are really bad with technology, there is no online system to pay rent, see bill, or request maintenance, and email maintenance requests get ignored from time to time.

Jan 2016: This apartment is very nice. The kitchens are large and the maintenance is timely and always leaves a note if they were in your apartment. The quality of the apartment is great which makes this a good deal. I would definitely move back into these apartments after living here. Review from Google
Aug 2015: I moved into a 2/2 apartment in the Arbors in August 2013, and I honestly have not found any reason to leave. The rent is very reasonable for the amount of space I have (comes out to about $1012 for my 884 sq. ft. 2/2, trash pickup, and water), especially the outdoor storage and balcony. The appliances are a little outdated, and the cabinetry could be fancier, but everything works just fine. Whenever I have a maintenance request, I'm able to email the staff, and within the day, usually within only a few hours, maintenance takes care of the issue. That has impressed me most. On a holiday weekend, my washing machine broke, resulting in a flooding of my washroom and kitchen.

Feb 2015: DO NOT EVEN TRY TO LIVE HERE!!!!!! THE MANAGER IS SO RUDE ALONG WITH ALL THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE!!! They have excuse after excuse, the manager lies, and they all are trying to scam you for more money. In fact they took more money out of my account, after they said they wouldn't ( and didn't even have all the paperwork in). ALSO don't even think about bringing a pet in!! After the fourth time I went there all the sudden they came out of nowhere and said we could not live there if i didn't have vet records and because I didn't put the color of my car on the paperwork (which wasn't even on the paperwork!) and then hung up the phone rudely!
