Howdy! My 💕 👨 boyfriend and I are looking for 2 people to take over our leases starting May 7th. The lease ends July th. There are 2 rooms available, each are $ a month, the first part of May is $, that covers the rest of the rent and part of the subleasing fee. The rent includes all utilities and no caps. There would be no one else occupying the other 2 rooms. The apartment complex itself has many amenities, such as a roof top 🏊 pool, two other 🏊 pools, 3 gyms, 3 game rooms, study spaces in every corner of every hallway, in the lobby there is a convenient store and a Starbucks.
