Oct 2019: I had a great experience with Brittany!! She was a great help. I also like the improvements that are being made on property. Review from Google
Feb 2019: I LOVE THATS ITS ALL BILLS PAID, WITH GREAT MANAGEMENT Review from Google
Jan 2019: Would not reccomend. To anyone. Ever. It might have a convenient location, but it does not make up for the lack of quality of this place. 0 stars Review from Google
Dec 2018: If I could give 0 stars, I would. For starters, we’ve made multiple mainence orders for our apartment unit and they didn’t fix the problem for up to weeks at a time. We had a bottle of urine thrown through our third story window at 7:30am, they didn’t come fix the window until a week later. I’ve seen cops around the complex multiple times. My car was towed AS A RESIDENT still and I did still have to pay the fee without any help from the office. The fee was ~$290. If you can avoid having to deal with these problems and live literally anywhere else please do. Save yourself. Review from Google
Aug 2018: Apartment is nice. Cassie in the office is amazing. Always on point with great attitude and great customer service. Maintenance is very fast to respond to any issues. Review from Google
Jul 2018: I really like this apartment complex since the installations, though a bit old, they work well. Moreover, maintenance people fixes promptly problems encountered in the apartments. I also like that it is close to the HEB supermarket and two other store complexes. I highly recommend this place for living. Review from Google
Jul 2018: I have been living with my family in this place for 4 years so far and I can tell that is a good place to live since it is conveniently located close to the HEB, ROSS, Target, and other useful stores. In addition, there are two TAMU bus stops around the complex: route 26 and 27. Maintenance has done a good job in solving fast any issue in my apartment. I would recommend this place for both single and married students with family. Review from Google
Jul 2018: I love the layout of the 2 bedroom apartments. The high ceilings make it feel so open and I love my second bedroom/office loft. It’s in a great location right across the street from Anderson park, walking distance from HEB, and on the A&M bus route. They are all bills payed so all you have to worry about is your rent, they even provide WIFI! I have lived here for 2 years and they always get my maintenance requests done on a timely manner. I enjoy living here as a student. Review from Google

Jun 2018: Value for money! Feels like home. Houses are a bit old so you need some extra effort to pull off the look you want for your place. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Just signed my 3rd lease. Fast and courteous response from management and maintenance whenever I had an issue. They genuinely want the residents to be happy. Mostly quiet and friendly neighbors, All bills paid with free WiFi but I can't ever get a signal so 1 star off. Review from Google
May 2018: Ive been here for 2 months. I have had boxes stolen from my door and I have seen the police here 5 or 6 times. There was a shootout here and literally 15-20 cops showed up. Its 5:30 in the morning and I just had 5 cops bang on my door asking if a female was here. They got a call about domestic violence and they're trying to find what apt its at. On top of all that half of the appliances here don't work, the place is covered in mold and managment doesn't give a damn. This is the ghetto apts of College Station. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up in a couple months. Review from Google
May 2018: Lexington Apartment is a really nice choice for TAMU students because it is super nice /calm place here. Got two bus routes to campus and super close HEB and target Also other shopping location and the leasing office has the nicest person she can help you but I Really recommend you These apartments :) Review from Google
Jun 2017: Fantastic. They will provide what we want. More over location is very close o famous food and shopping malls!! Review from Google
May 2017: It has the best position in town. Near to HEB and Aandeeson Park. Two bus go through. But the apartments are very old. Review from Google
May 2017: I am a TAMU grad student and have lived here comfortably and happily for three years now. There are three main reasons it is a great place to live: 1) Location. Walking distance from campus, HEB, a park across the street, and two bus routes you can access making the commute very quick. 2) Management and staff. Especially since the new team took over, they have been personable, quick to respond, and have made significant changes and improvements like updating the laundry facilities room (which was desperately needed). The facilities crew are competent, quick, and hardworking. 3) Price. This was what originally drew me to this complex. If you are living on a budget, this can work very well for you. Personally, the move to all bills paid wasn't great for me (I am a bit cheap and from up north so I could save money on my electric bill, especially Review from Google
Mar 2017: A few good reasons to live at Lexington Apartments is that is conveniently located close to the university and is surrounded by many shopping locations , so you really don't have to drive much to get what you need. I would also like the add that these apartments are very quite, and the rooms are a great size. On top of that the management is very flexible and never once have they failed me. Review from Google
Feb 2017: Nice, quiet and clean and well kept lawn. Management is Awesome!!! Laundry room is nice. Apartment is spacious. I am glad I live here. Check it out if you can. Review from Google
Dec 2016: We're very happy and pleased with the administration of this building, the maintenance, the response, and our apartment, the service was wonderful to our apartment, very clean, very neat, and everything functional and working. Review from 12/26/16 on Apartment Ratings
Jul 2016: You pay what you get. It' a convenient and high cp value apartment, with 2 mins walking to HEB and 5 mins to campus with shuttle. It has clean and quiet environment. The best thing is low price with all bills paid. If you don't want to get trouble with your roommates for splitting the utility fees, it's a good choice here. I like it. This year it has new management who works much harder than previous. don't miss it! Review from 7/6/16 on Apartment Ratings
May 2016: It is so convenient for grocery and to tamu. There are two shuttles. Besides, it is quiet and safety. And the price is cheap including all bills paid. Review from 5/25/16 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2015: If you've read all the other reviews then you know everything wrong with this place and still wrong with no attempts to fix. don't come here if you know what's good for you. Review from 11/23/15 on Google
Nov 2015: don't move in here!!!! I live there now. Trying to get out of my lease now. Horrible management.we haven't had electricity in days. No hot water. Review from 11/11/15 on Google
Aug 2015: don't MOVE HERE. This apartment complex is awful, for many different reasons. Surface level, half of the washer and dryers are broken at any given time, there are leaks in every apartment, roaches, wasps, mice, and any other kind of critter you can think of. As for management, any time we left a message at the front desk we never received a call back (not once), we were never given straight forward answers to any question, and they told us we had to move out BEFORE our move out date because the extension that we PAID them for wasn't written down. So we were homeless living from friend's house to friend's house until we could move in to our new place. DO NOT move into the Lexington. Review from 8/30/15 on Google
