Feb 2018: Nice place for the price. Maintenance is very responsive. Quiet and safe at night. Super close to campus as well. It took me maybe 5 minutes to get to campus. Review from GoogleMay 2016: I've lived here 3 years now and I couldn't ask for a better place to live. The location is unbeatable. The apartments are beautiful. I love the fact that they are gated. With cable, internet and water that is included in the price of living it makes it easier on me when my bills are due. The only thing that I could complain about is the swimming pool isn't very big but I didn't spend much time at the pool anyhow. Everytime I came in contact with the leasing office they were always professional and friendly, it helped me feel more at home. Thanks Knightsgate for making my experience in College Station an awesome one.

Oct 2015: Such a nice apartment, but the management is awful. I swear the manager has changed 3 times or so since we signed our lease.
The apartment was filthy when we moved in, honestly it was sickening. There was piss in the toilet.
But when its clean, the apartment itself is really nice. Love the high ceilings and the nice finishes and the spaciousness. The maintenance man is really sweet and helpful, and simple maintenance issues are usually fixed quickly.
But as I said, the management is horrible. The office looks like a bomb went off constantly. They lost our initial lease.
