I’m currently looking for one 👩 femaleroommate to take my room in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment from early-mid May until my lease ends August 3rd. Located at the Aggie Station apartment complex! Current roommate is 🎇clean and friendly, with one small dog.
Rent is originally $ but I’m offering a $ discount to drive it down to $ a month! Im also offering May rent to only be $!! So May rent will be $, then June and July will be $.
All utilities like internet, cable (With HBO!), sewage, trash, and 🌊 water are included. The only utilities you have to pay are 💡electric, but that normally comes out to $ per person. Its located just inside the Bryan town line so you only have to pay Bryan 💡electric, rather than college station 💡electric, which is about % cheaper!
The apartment was renovated 2 years ago, so all furniture and appliances are only two years old! It’s furnished completely with built in washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Also, my room is reasonably sized and has a spacious private bathroom and a large closet. The room comes with a bed, desk, dresser, a chair and an end table. The living room has a couch, coffee table, entertainment center, and another end table as well.
Aggie Station is located in a good area and you will have access to a newly renovated 🏊 pool, study area, gym, as well as a few computers and a printer that you will be able to use in the clubhouse. It is also located right on route of the Aggie 🚍 bus system! It’s close to campus as well, so it makes getting over there super easy!
Currently there is an offer to waive the $ security deposit, and there is only a $ immediate move in fee. All other administration fees (up to $ dollars!) have been waived so you’re getting a good discount! The apartment is 🐕 pet friendly as well, and the roommate that is staying in the other bed space has a dog.
Please contact me if you’re interested! I will be leaving town before May th so I’m looking for someone to move in some⌚time before then.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
