Campus Crossing at Alafaya is a 🌉 gated community off of University Blvd. It is only 1.6 miles from 💛 UCF Campus and has a frequent 🚍 shuttle to and from 💛 UCF. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Downstairs, there&#;s one bedroom and 1 full bathroom. In total, there&#;s 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
There is an open floor plan on the first floor that connects the living room and kitchen, and the furniture that comes with the apartment are simple, comfortable, and look brand new. There&#;s a washer and dryer in the apartment, as well. Some ammenities that are regularly available for residents are the basketball courts, beach volleyball courts, 🏊 pool, 🕶️ tanning beds, etc.
I need someone to take it over and sign a lease for Campus Crossing ASAP, preferrably today!!! If necessary, early tomorrow is acceptable as well. It is really a great place to live, and it&#;s filling up fast, so don&#;t hesitate to take this offer!
