Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Park Place. It is a furnished 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor (5th) with a full balcony! The lease covers one of the two bedrooms with a private full bathroom and 🚶 walk-in closet. The apartment is a minute 🚶 walk to campus.
I need someone to take over my lease starting in Janurary - august (when the lease ends). Monthly rent is $ which includes parking. 💡electricity is the only amenity not covered it is usually $ a month. Please let me know if you’re interested!
