It is a 3 story townhome- you would have the master room which is located on the bottom floor, along with your own living room. Second floor is where the kitchen and living room are located and on the third floor would be 2 other roommates. They work and go to school and are very easy to get along with. Cable, internet, and 🌊 water are included in the rent, besides utilities, which will be split three ways. It is an amazing townhome with lots of amenities. Let me know if you&#;re interested
