Hi, I recently signed a lease with the villages on telluride for a 2 bedroom 2 and a half bathroom, furnished apartment. It’s about 7 miles from campus. $ of 🌊 water is paid. Free high speed internet. The only thing you have to pay fully is 💡electricity and you would have to set that up yourself. These apartments(cottages) are extremely nice and have huge bathrooms, rooms, and closets. It is very spacious and 🐕 pet friendly for a 🐕 pet deposit of $ I believe. It Has a bobcat 🚍 shuttle🚍 bus so you would not need to drive to campus. Due to unforeseen circumstances I am currently looking for someone who would like to sublease the room I signed for. I have already paid first months rent and would like to offer that 💰money to whoever would like to sublease, if you could either pay half of the total up front or all of the total up front. There is a current person in the other bedroom, she is a close friend of mine, she is and majoring in nursing. She would prefer a 👩 femaleroommate. The photos posted are of the three bedroom three and a half bath cottage. Which makes the rooms look smaller. The square footage is about the same for the 2 bed 2 bath, but the bedrooms, bathrooms will be much much larger than the pictures showed. Please contact me by my phone number if interested!!!
