Graduated and moving out of my apartment and would like someone to take over my lease till July .
Rent is $ which includes all amenities with no extra cost. You have your own bathroom, but share the living room and kitchen. I can leave my twin size bed and ⛄ fridge if you need it.
Room mates are all 👨 guys and are really quite and mostly not around due to studies.
I just entered February 7th as the move in date, but you can move in sooner if you need to.
