Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my month lease at the Wilde Apartments! Located about 7 minutes from NCSU/ Shaw University and minutes from downtown Raleigh. A 👩 female student or young professional is preferred. The place is a 2bed and 2ba so you would have your own private area/room and bathroom. The move in day is 8/8/, I am unfortunately unable to move to North Carolina from Oklahoma and is in need for my lease to be taken over. I leased out the elite floor plan that has one roommate, but each has private bathrooms, and spacious bedrooms. All utilities are included and the apartment already comes FULLY furnished. Rent is $ with again all bills included (🌊 water,💡electricity, internet/cable, trash removal, pest control) and the apartment is equipped with a FULL sized washer and dryer.
**Pets are welcomed as well there is a 🚍 shuttle that can take NCSU students straight to campus and back free of charge.**
The elite apartment is top tier and amazing. Also you DO not have to be a college student of ANY sorts to stay here, this apartment complex is for anyone who wants all bills included for a very great price!
