Aug 2019: The apartment building seems scarier than it actually is. Yes, the building is older but once you enter an apartment it's wonderful! My apartment had all new hardwood floors and super clean. I've had no problems with maintenance, staff or other tenants. The rent is the most reasonable I have found and the face that it is furnished is convenient. The security guard and locked door at night is a plus for safety. No complaints!! Only moving out bc I got a job in another town. Recommend! Review from Google
Jul 2019: Went there to look for apartment for rent. As soon as I entered, felt like a very strange place which has low lighting, a very pungent smell coming from carpet. Could see only a few people there. Building is pretty old I think. Lady at front desk also didn't seem very kind. Against my gut feeling was about to consider this place for renting but luckily I looked at google reviews and that confirmed my doubts about this place. Apr 2019: This is an older building, no "frills" apt building, but the rent is low, especially for the area, other tenants have always been nice and friendly, staff helpful and nice. I love that they have a secured/locked building at night and a security guard on staff. Mar 2019: This resident place is quiet and people here are very kind and friendly. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because of the bad smells in the floor hallways. The carpets stinks, I guess they have't been replaced since years!Oct 2018: Was visiting a friend at Westgrove Towers about an hour ago and when I was leaving there was a woman throwing up a lot right in front of the main door and it got all over the sidewalk then she just walked away. can't say for sure but she seemed drunk. I've suggested my friend move many times, but hopefully this might convince her a little more. We never had complains a about noise. If there's any, it's mainly from maintenance cleaning the hallways, and occasional door slamming from residents.
We had a roach problems a few times even if there's a scheduled pest control, and even if we keep the space clean, they kept coming back! I haven't seen much the past 3 months, so that's good.
There's different kinds of people that live in the building, if your looking for a luxurious type with a class, this will not be suitable for you! They do have security at night, and we have not had any break-ins thank you Jesus!

You got some miserable loser Maid with ----- attitude and got a couple of all farts that run their mouth just as bad.. Serious stay away from this place. not worth it even for a second !!!!!!!!!

I haven't had any issues to complain about, the management and staff here are great. I did have an issue with the plumbing once and it was fixed before I even returned home in the same day. Cassie (1 of the managers) goes above and beyond to take care of her residents. Best manager by far!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

The elevators are constantly having issues too in a 11 story building. Wilson Property Management treats this building like a slum lord would. don't move here if you value your life the water pumps that pump water to fire hydrants on each floor doesn't even work. This place is a fire trap!!!! I got out early and hope others are able to follow suit.

Traci is always going above and beyond to help people. Cassie is the newer one in the office but she knows her stuff well and has really gotten to know the residents.
It's not a 5 star resort here but everything is clean and well maintained. It's an older property with some older furnishings but it's really the best value.
I have always felt safe here. There is overnight security, the doors automatically lock, and they are installing cameras soon. I have never heard of a break in here.
For the money you can't beat this place, I would recommend Westgrove Tower with no hesitation.
