I am an incoming student (MS Industrial) for fall-21
I along with 2 room mates are looking for apartments within 🚶 walkable distance.
We don't mind it its a share room apartment
It should inlude utilities like Internet (WIFI), Garbage trash, ⛄ fridge, Oven, Dishwasher (not mandatory), ⛽gas, 💡electricity

Also, we will be staying for next 2 years but 1 year lease is what we prefer but if we want it further extended,we will let the owner know well in advance
