I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment in August.
It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at Village Green Apartments for $ a month. Utilitiesincluded are 🌊 water,internet, trash, 💡electricity, and cable📺 tv. The washer/dryer is included, as well as being a 🐕 pet friendly apartment complex. It is a fully furnished room with the bed being the only thing not included (due to health reasons). This is part of a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment that has all 3 other rooms filled. I can easily provide contact information for all of these roommates- who are all very welcoming and open to all backgrounds. The complex has a gym, 🏊 pool, an hourly 🚌 shuttle to NC State’s campus, and other freeincluded amenities.
