We are looking for 3 people to sublease our apartment to over the summer. It's a 3 bed 3 bath at Valentine Commons. The earliest move-in date would be May 2023 and the lease will end on July 31, 2023.
The monthly rent for each room in the apartment is $755. Two of us have parking passes that we pay an additional $75 a month for which brings the total rent paid per month to $830 including parking. If you are interested in subleasing the parking spots as well, please let us know.
The apartment is in very good condition with all appliances and utilities working properly. The unit comes with a pantry and washer and dryer units. There have been no cases of bug or cockroach infestations over the past 2 years with the unit. All spaces are kept very 🎇clean.
