The floorplan is the Jackson and the bedroom that is being released is the one highlighted in the red box (bedroom D). This is the most spacious bedroom in the entire unit and also the most quietest. You will share a bathroom with bedroom C. You will need to directly contact Valentine Commons regarding the monthly rental rate (as my lease was signed under the previous management company, which had a different rate than the one on the website). The bedroom comes with a bed, mattress, desk, chair, dresser, and shelf. The unit has a stacked washer/dryer, entertainment center, couch, ❤️love seat, 2 barstools, disposal, dishwasher, ☢ microwave, oven, stove, and freezer/⛄ fridge.
Located in a very convenient spot on Hillsborough St. and is less than 5 minutes away from campus on foot! Roommates are 3 👩 females (2 seniors and 1 sophomore) who are friendly, studious, and laid back:) I do not have a parking pass so you would need to ask VC if they have any available.
