Utilitiesincluded. The apartment is located right on the edge of campus, so it is a very short 🚶 walk to campus! There is a washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher, and both the living room and bedroom comes completely furnished. The complex itself has an on-site gym, snack bar, 🕶️ tanning beds, study/computer rooms with free printing, and a parking garage. My lease does not come with a parking pass, but one can be purchased for $/month.
