May 2016: I like UT but I wish there was more of a sense of community. More hall events would be really fun. RA's never enforced quiet hours. Amenities were very nice.
Would rather have lived on campus to make more friends.

Apr 2015: Extremely accommodating and very easy to contact people with questions. Everyone has been really friendly and willing to help. The property looks great as well!
Review from 4/15/2015 on GoogleApr 2015: Unless you are a sorority girl or frat boy PLEASE don't live here. I am a pretty shy girl and even when I try to talk to people they usually just ignore me. The RA's start out being really nice and friendly but after about a month they act like it's weird when you even say hi to them. The food is OK, but the dining hall hours are so short that I usually end up having to miss meals. Also there are only a few staff members that are nice and courteous, most of the staff doesn't even do their jobs. I have no clue who keeps posting such positive reviews about this place but please, take it from me and DO NOT LIVE HERE. The only real upside to this place is that the rooms are nice, but that is IT.

Nov 2014: It's okay here. I would not live here again though. Very rude staff and the students that live here are also rude and bratty. If something is wrong with your room don't expect them to fix it. The dining hall food is amazing for a week then they start using crappy ingredients. Lastly, my RA's are huge jerks. Only good thing about living here is that you only share a bathroom with 3 others (if you have the 4 person suite) and my suitemates are wonderful. There are a few people here that are very nice, but it's definitely not worth the price to live here.
